Our Annual Scholarship Program awards scholarships every August during our Scholarship banquet. We give out approx. $30,000- $50,000 annually.

The Mission of the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) Stockton Council 2060 is to financially assist local Latino students who are traditionally underrepresented in our institutions of higher education. LULAC Stockton Council 2060 is now accepting scholarship applications from graduating Latino high school seniors, community college and undergraduate university students to assist in educational costs.

Scholarship Awards: $500 to $2,000

Online Deadline: March 31, 2026

Application Requirements:

1 - Must be a graduate from a San Joaquin County high school (public, private, charter).

2 - Must be an undergraduate student

Documents required to upload

High School students to upload all items listed below:

-Letter of acceptance from a community college/ university

-Official Transcript

- One Recommendation Letter.

--High school students’ letter should be from an instructor or counselor that is familiar with their academic work/volunteer work

--Letters older than 6 months will not be accepted

Continuing College student to include all items listed below:

- Official Transcript

- One Recommendation Letter (written within 6 months)

- Letter of acceptance (only Community College students transferring to a 4-year campus)
