The League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), founded in 1929, is the oldest and most widely respected Hispanic civil rights organization in the United States of America.
Since its founding in 1973, LULAC Stockton Council 2060 has fought for full access to the voting process and works to improve opportunities for the citizens of San Joaquin County.
